ดีแทค รับทราบคำประกาศของปลัดกระทรวงพาณิชย์ ที่กล่าวว่าคณะทำงานตรวจสอบไม่สามารถชี้ชัดข้อสรุปในการตรวจสอบข้อมูลเบื้องต้นได้ โดยคณะทำงานได้พิจารณาส่งข้อมูลเพื่อให้เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจดำเนินการสอบสวนในเชิงลึกต่อไป ดีแทคขอยืนยันว่าบริษัทฯ ดำเนินธุรกิจภายใต้กฏหมายและข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้องของไทยทุกประการ

dtac acknowledges today’s announcement by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce that the committee could not have a clear cut conclusion on the initial probe, and therefore the committee would pass the case on to the police for further investigations.

dtac would restate that the company is confident that it is in full compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and practices in Thailand.
